Numismatic exhibitions are where collectors actually meet — to see material in hand, compare grades, and buy from people they can look in the eye. This calendar lists coin, banknote and philatelic shows across India, with the venue for each.

It updates itself. New shows appear here as they are announced, and dates that have passed move down to the past-events list rather than disappearing — most of these fairs run again on a similar date each year, so the old entries are useful for planning.

• Entry is usually free. Most Indian coin fairs are open to the public at no charge, typically 10am to 6pm.
• Dates move. Venues get changed and shows get postponed. Confirm with the organisers before booking travel — this page lists what has been announced, not a guarantee.
• Carry your material properly. Loose coins in a pocket pick up scratches on the way. Flips, capsules or a folder cost little and protect the grade you are hoping to be paid for.
• Know your pieces first. Walking in with a rough idea of denomination, year and mint puts you in a far better position than handing over a bag and asking what it is worth.

There is no single official calendar of Indian numismatic events, and the lists that do exist are scattered across blogs and social posts. We pull the announced shows into one page and keep it current automatically.

We list the venue address and nothing else. No organiser phone numbers, no e-mail addresses. If you need to reach a show, its own announcement is the right place to get that — we are not going to republish somebody’s personal contact details.
