CoinBazzar is an online marketplace for Indian coins and banknotes, operated by Numismatic Coin Collections Private Limited from Meerut, Uttar Pradesh. Who am I buying from on CoinBazzar?
Most items are listed by independent sellers, who hold and dispatch the item themselves. The rest are listed by CoinBazzar directly. In both cases CoinBazzar operates the platform, takes the payment, and handles returns under the same policy.
How do you check your sellers?
There is no open registration. A seller applies to us and the review takes at least two weeks. We require GST, Aadhaar and PAN, we look at what they already sell on other platforms, and we may ask other dealers in the trade about their reputation. We work with established dealers rather than one-time sellers.
What if an item is not genuine, or not what the listing showed?
That is the case we accept a return for. Contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photographs. If the item is not genuine, we accept the return after that deadline as well. Returns are not accepted for a change of mind.
How do I return an item?
Message us on WhatsApp or by email within 7 days of delivery. Once the return is approved, send the item back in the same condition the seller sent it. We inspect it on arrival and tell you whether the refund is approved; an approved refund goes back to your original payment method within 7 days. Who pays return postage is set out in the Refund and Return Policy.
When will my order be dispatched and delivered?
Orders are dispatched within 1 to 2 business days of payment, and domestic delivery then takes 3 to 7 days. You receive a tracking link when the parcel is dispatched. Sellers work Monday to Saturday and are closed on national holidays.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, at any time before the order has been dispatched. Once it has been dispatched, the Refund and Return Policy applies instead.
How do I find out what a coin or note is worth?
We publish price guides built from completed sales on this site, refreshed daily, and coin values by denomination and year taken from the reference catalogue. Where we have fewer than 30 sales for something, we publish the sample size and no price rather than an estimate.
Can I sell my coins on CoinBazzar?
We are currently taking sellers in a specific set of categories, and applications are made over WhatsApp rather than through a signup form. Selling on CoinBazzar lists the categories we need, the documents required and how long approval takes.
Is CoinBazzar connected to any cryptocurrency service?
No. CoinBazzar is a marketplace for physical coins and banknotes. Several websites use names close to ours, including a cryptocurrency exchange, and none of them is connected to us. This site is coinbazzar.com, operated by Numismatic Coin Collections Private Limited, Meerut.
How do I contact CoinBazzar?
WhatsApp only — please don't call, just drop a message on +91 92586 33969, or email [email protected]. Office hours are 10 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Saturday. We reply within 12 hours (Monday to Saturday).
Do you deliver outside India?
Yes. International parcels are generally in transit for 7 to 30 days, depending on the courier.
