Rare silver Half Rupee of British India dated 1892, issued during the reign of Queen Victoria as Empress of India. The obverse carries the crowned and draped bust of the Queen facing left with the legend VICTORIA EMPRESS, while the reverse shows the value HALF RUPEE above INDIA and the date, framed by the familiar floral wreath with a lotus ornament below.
