1972 Commemorative ( 2 Coins Set) Bombay Mint Rare Set without Cover

This rare 1972 Commemorative two-coin silver set from Bombay Mint represents a significant piece of numismatic history. Minted during India's post-independence era, these silver coins celebrate the nation's ideals of equality, development, and peace. Crafted from genuine silver and struck at the prestigious Bombay Mint (now Mumbai), this set exemplifies the craftsmanship of early 1970s Indian coinage. The coins arrive without original cover, making them ideal for collectors seeking authentic vintage pieces at exceptional value. Their rarity stems from limited mintage and the passage of time—genuine sets from this period are increasingly difficult to source. Perfect for both seasoned numismatists and those beginning their Indian coin collection, this set offers historical significance, tangible precious metal content, and the enduring appeal of commemorative coinage. An investment-grade collectible that bridges artistry, history, and intrinsic value.
