5 Rs. 150th Anniversary Of Motilal Nehru are rare Commemorative Coin Card Special Edition

This is a special commemorative coin card celebrating the 150th Anniversary of Motilal Nehru, issued as a 5 Rupees denomination piece by the Indian government. Motilal Nehru, a towering figure in India's independence movement and father of Prime Minister Jawaharlal Nehru, is honored through this limited-edition numismatic release. The coin card format makes this a unique collectible hybrid—combining the prestige of official currency commemoration with card-based presentation for preservation and display. As a special edition release, it carries significant historical importance, commemorating one of India's most influential freedom fighters and political leaders whose contributions shaped the nation's destiny during the 20th century. Collectors and numismatic enthusiasts value this piece for its historical significance, limited mintage, and the cultural importance of its subject. The 150th-anniversary designation adds temporal rarity, making it increasingly difficult to find in good condition. This commemorative release represents both a piece of Indian heritage and a tangible investment in history. Perfect for those building collections centered on Indian freedom fighters, numismatic rarities, or significant historical commemorations. --- #
