000004 Fancy Number 20 Rupees Rare Note (Low Condition)

This rare 20 Rupees note features an exceptional fancy number—000004—a highly coveted serial designation among numismatic collectors. Issued by the Reserve Bank of India, this banknote represents a significant piece of Indian currency history. The low number designation makes it extraordinarily scarce, as such serials are seldom found in circulation and command premium value in the collector's market. Despite its low condition grade, the fancy number itself elevates its collectibility substantially. Collectors prize low serial numbers for their rarity and historical significance, particularly when paired with early or notable issue runs. This note serves as both a tangible connection to India's monetary heritage and a smart addition to any serious numismatic portfolio. Perfect for those seeking unique, conversation-starting pieces that appreciate over time.
