The note features Bimal Jalan's signature, a prominent figure in India's monetary history who served as RBI Governor from 1997 to 2003. What elevates this to rare collectible status is the complete serial packet of 100 consecutive notes and, most notably, the fancy number ending in 786—a numerologically significant sequence highly sought after by collectors worldwide. The 786 designation carries cultural and spiritual importance, making these notes particularly desirable.
