D Subbarao 10 Rupees 200000 Fancy Number Used Low Condition Note

This is a 10 Rupees banknote issued by the Reserve Bank of India, bearing the signature of D Subbarao, who served as RBI Governor from 2008 to 2013. What makes this note particularly sought after by collectors is its fancy number 200000—a rare sequential number that significantly enhances its collectibility and value. Despite its used and low condition, this note remains a prized piece for numismatic enthusiasts. D Subbarao's signature series notes are increasingly difficult to find in circulation, making this an important addition to any serious Indian currency collection. The note represents a specific era in India's monetary history and monetary policy under Subbarao's progressive leadership. Collectors value such notes not only for their rarity and fancy numbers but also for their historical significance and the unique qualities of specific RBI governors' tenures. This authentic, genuine collectible offers both historical appreciation and investment potential for dedicated note collectors.
