Add a truly elusive numismatic treasure to your cabinet with this copper paisa issued during the brief yet impactful reign of Mughal Emperor Shah Alam Bahadur (AD 1707-1712). Struck at the historic Khujistha Buniyad mint, this 1-paisa coin is an extraordinary find for advanced researchers and collectors alike, as it remains unlisted in standard reference catalogs like the Krause-Mishler (KM) volumes. The obverse proudly displays the classic Shah Alam inscription, while the reverse features a prominent *Julus* formula at the top and the desirable mint name at the bottom. Weighing 13.00 grams and measuring 18.13 mm, this heavy copper specimen is preserved in an appealing About Very Fine condition, displaying pleasing patination and clear details despite its age. Owning an unlisted mint variety offers the thrill of absolute discovery and numismatic prestige, elevating any serious collection of Indian regal coinage. Whether you are expanding a specialized Mughal series or seeking a conversation-starting rarity, this scarce piece of 18th-century Indian history is a remarkable acquisition.
