10 Rupees Shalimar Governor C.Rangarajan Rare ( 100 Notes) Serial Packet GEM Chocolate Condition

This exceptional 10 Rupees note from India's RBI era features the signature of Governor C. Rangarajan, a pivotal figure in India's monetary history. The packet comprises 100 pristine notes in GEM Chocolate Condition—a professional grading designation indicating superior preservation with minimal handling wear. The serial number is unbroken throughout the packet, a hallmark of organized collectors' bundles. Rangarajan's tenure (1992-1997) marked significant economic liberalization, making these notes historically significant. The consistent chocolate-hued patina and perfect serial continuity elevate this beyond typical circulation notes into investment-grade territory. Collectors prize intact packets with matching serials, as they're increasingly difficult to source. This bundle represents both numismatic authenticity and a tangible connection to modern India's financial transformation.
