Rare 5 Rupees coin of 1998 from the definitive series of Republic India, struck in cupro-nickel at the Hyderabad Mint. The reverse shows the large numeral 5 with "रुपये" above and "RUPEES" below, flanked by the lotus and floral sprays, with the date 1998 at the base and a star mint mark centred beneath it. The obverse carries the Lion Capital of Ashoka with "सत्यमेव जयते" below, "भारत" to the left and "INDIA" to the right.
