Note – We Do not ship out of India

This is an exceptional collectible banknote from the Reserve Bank of India, issued in 2022 as part of the Republic India currency series. The 20 Rupee note features the iconic Ellora Caves, a UNESCO World Heritage Site and one of India's most significant archaeological treasures, showcasing ancient Buddhist, Hindu, and Jain rock-cut architecture. Bearing the distinguished signature of Shaktikant Das, the RBI Governor during its issuance, this note carries historical and numismatic importance. What makes this specimen particularly desirable is its fancy serial number ending in '786'—a highly sought-after numeral sequence among collectors for its perceived auspiciousness. Graded as UNC (Uncirculated/New), the note exhibits pristine condition with no signs of handling, folding, or wear, making it a premium collectible. Such notes with rare fancy numbers and perfect preservation are increasingly difficult to find, appealing to both serious numismatists and investors seeking tangible, culturally significant assets. This piece represents Indian monetary heritage and serves as an excellent addition to any currency collection. --- #
