5 Rupees Fafda Big Size Governor Iyenger Rare Note ( Condition as PER Image)

This rare 5 Rupees Fafda note represents a significant piece of Indian currency history, issued under Governor Iyenger's tenure. The "Big Size" designation indicates this is from the earlier, larger-format currency series before standardization. Fafda notes are particularly sought after by serious collectors due to their limited circulation and historical importance in Indian numismatic records. Governor Iyenger's signature adds authenticity and prestige to this specimen. The note's condition, as documented in accompanying images, reflects its age and journey through time, making it genuinely collectible rather than artificially pristine. This piece offers collectors a tangible connection to India's monetary evolution and remains elusive in the secondary market. Perfect for those building comprehensive Indian currency collections or researching mid-20th century fiscal policy. Condition details and certification information are visible in product imagery, ensuring transparency about this exceptional find.
