5 Rupees Fafda Big Size Governor P.c.bhattacharya Rao Rare Note ( Condition as PER Image)

This exceptional 5 Rupees note features the signature of Governor P.C. Bhattacharya Rao, making it a significant piece of Indian currency history. Issued during a pivotal era of India's monetary system, this big-size denomination exemplifies the craftsmanship and design philosophy of mid-20th century Reserve Bank notes. The note showcases the distinctive Fafda design, a hallmark of currency from this period, rendered in excellent detail across its face. Collectors prize this particular note for its rarity—Bhattacharya Rao's signature period represents a limited window in RBI governance, and large-denomination specimens in quality condition have become increasingly scarce. The big-size format adds to its appeal, as these were eventually phased out in favor of standardized dimensions. Whether you're building a signature collection, focusing on RBI governors, or seeking Indian currency rarities, this note offers authentic historical value and investment potential. Condition varies as pictured—examine images carefully for quality assessment.
