2800TH Nirvan Kalyanak of Bhagwan Shri Parshvanath

In the historical, prosperous city of Vārāṇasī, 2,900 years ago, King Aśhvasen and Queen Vāmādevī were blessed with the birth of a prince in the midnight of Pauṣh Kṛiṣhṇa 10/11. The child was named Pārhśva Kumār. Since his birth, Pārhśva Kumār was endowed with  three types of Gyan (knowledge)—Mati (sensory), Śhruti (scriptural)  and Avadhi (clairvoyance)
