Indonesia 10 Rupiah ORI I , (1945) Old Issue Rare Note #B2

This is an exceptional piece of Indonesian numismatic history: a 10 Rupiah note from the ORI I (Oeang Republik Indonesia) series, issued in 1945 during Indonesia's revolutionary struggle for independence. The ORI I currency represents a pivotal moment when the newly proclaimed republic asserted its sovereignty through its own monetary system. This particular note is a rare early issue, highly sought after by serious collectors of Southeast Asian currency and historical documents. The condition and serial number contribute significantly to its desirability. ORI I notes, especially those from 1945, are increasingly difficult to locate in the collector market, making this a meaningful acquisition for anyone interested in 20th-century Asian history or vintage currency. Its authentic vintage state and scarcity make it an engaging addition to a distinguished collection.
