The reverse carries the map of India with the legends “राष्ट्रीय एकता” and “NATIONAL INTEGRATION” beside it, with the date 1992 below, while the obverse shows the Lion Capital of Ashoka with “सत्यमेव जयते”, the legends “भारत” and “INDIA RUPEES”, and the large numeral 2.
