This is a Republic India 5 Rupees definitive coin dated 2001, struck at the Hyderabad Mint. The reverse carries the Lion Capital of Ashoka with “भारत” and “INDIA” along the rim and the legend “सत्यमेव जयते” below, while the face shows the large numeral 5 with “रुपये” above and “RUPEES” below, flanked by the floral and lotus sprays of this series. A small dot sits centred below the date, the mark of the Hyderabad Mint.
