Kennedy to the left and the date below, Rev: Modified presidential seal of the United States of America, a shield with vertical stripes on the chest of an American bald eagle. The eagle holds an olive branch in its right talon and a bundle of thirteen arrows in its left talon and a scroll with “E PLURIBUS UNUM” in its beak. A circle of 50 stars surrounds the eagle, 11.34 Gms, 30.61 mm, UNC Grade, Scarce.
