To become a seller on CoinBazzar, you must provide the following documents: Phone No., Email ID, Aadhar Card, Pan Card, GST, Bank Details, and Pickup Address.

No Contact Policy:

Sellers are strictly prohibited from initiating any form of contact with buyers. Violation of this policy will result in the suspension of the seller’s CoinBazzar account, with pending payments placed on hold, subject to legal withdrawal.

Listing Policy: Sellers may not list products related to nudity or sexuality. Listings must have accurate and appropriate titles, descriptions, and photos, with sellers bearing the responsibility for their correctness.

Payment Policy:

Payments occur monthly, and it typically takes 2-5 business days for funds to appear in your account. To ensure timely payments, keep your bank details up to date. We’ll notify you via whatsapp when payments are initiated, and any deductions will be transparent. Remember, tax compliance is your responsibility. If you encounter payment issues, our support team is here to help.

Packaging Policy:

  1. Neat and Clean Packaging: Sellers must ensure that all products are securely and neatly packaged to prevent damage during transit.
  2. No Seller Contact Details: Seller contact information should not be visible either inside or outside the parcel.
  3. Use of CoinBazzar Polybag: We recommend using CoinBazzar polybags for packaging. If unavailable, white polybags can be used as an alternative.

Item Availability:

If a seller lists an item and later claims it is unavailable, misplaced, lost, or sold, resulting in an inability to fulfill an order, a convenience refund fee of 5% will be charged. Sellers are responsible for ensuring the availability of listed items.

Weight Discrepancy:

Sellers must accurately specify the weight of products during the listing process. Any additional weight charges imposed by the courier company due to incorrect weight information will be the responsibility of the seller.

Parcel Dispatch:

To maintain efficient order processing and ensure timely deliveries, sellers are required to dispatch parcels either on the same day or by the next day. Failure to meet this dispatch deadline will result in a penalty charge of 50 rupees per day for each delayed parcel. Adherence to this policy is essential to uphold the service quality and commitment to prompt deliveries expected by our customers.

Wrong Item:

In line with our commitment to delivering a consistent and reliable shopping experience, sellers must dispatch items that match the images, titles, and descriptions provided. Any costs associated with return parcels shall not be borne by the platform. Repeated mistakes from a specific store may result in a 10% convenience charge to improve order fulfillment and maintain customer trust.

RTO Parcels:

While we strive to ensure the successful delivery of all parcels, unforeseen circumstances may prevent a shipment from reaching its intended destination. In such cases, where a shipment cannot be delivered, we cannot assume responsibility for parcels marked as Returned to Origin (RTO). Costs related to RTO parcels, such as return shipping fees or storage charges, will be the seller’s responsibility.

Packaging Video:

In the event of a customer complaint regarding receiving the wrong item or an empty parcel, sellers must provide a packaging video upon request. This video serves as evidence of accurate packaging and contents, facilitating dispute resolution with our shipping partner, Shiprocket. Failure to provide the requested packaging video may result in a refund to the customer, with the amount deducted from the seller’s account.

Secure Shipment:

While we make every effort to ensure successful parcel delivery, if a parcel is lost by the courier during transit, we typically receive a refund of up to 2500 rupees from the courier partner. Consequently, we can also refund you up to 2500 rupees. To mitigate the risk of loss, you have the option to choose secure shipment by paying additional charges. In the event of a loss with a secure shipment, we can refund the full amount, offering you added protection and peace of mind.
