Rare copper Quarter Anna (Pav Ana) of the princely state of Baroda, struck in the name of Maharaja Sayajirao III Gaekwad. The obverse carries the Devanagari legend "Shri Sayajirao Maharaj Gaekwad" around a dotted circle enclosing the state katar device, while the reverse shows the value "Pav Ana" with "Baroda" and the Vikram Samvat date within an ornate floral frame.
