10 Rupees old issue mint sealed pack Governor D.Subbarao (N Insert 2011) Rim very rare Extremely Rare pack Rim

This is a 20 Rupee banknote from 2011, issued under Governor D. Subbarao's tenure at the Reserve Bank of India. This collectible features an "N Insert" variation with a rare rim characteristic that distinguishes it from standard circulation notes. Preserved in its original mint sealed pack, the note maintains pristine condition since issue. The rarity stems from the specific combination of Subbarao's signature, the N Insert designation, and the distinctive rim marking—variants of this kind are increasingly scarce in sealed condition. For Indian currency collectors, this represents a significant piece of modern numismatic history, documenting a particular period of RBI banknote production. The sealed packaging guarantees authenticity and condition preservation, making this an essential acquisition for collectors focused on 21st-century Indian currency varieties and sealed numismatic pieces.
