Rare 5 Rupees coin of 1992 from the definitive series of Republic India. The face side carries the large numeral 5 with the Devanagari legend “रुपये” above, the word “RUPEES” below and the date 1992, flanked by the stylised floral sprays typical of this type. The reverse shows the Lion Capital of Ashoka with “सत्यमेव जयते” beneath, and the legends “भारत” and “INDIA” along the sides.
