5 Rupees Sealed Pack Rim Old Issue Governor D.Subbarao ( R Insert ) 1000 notes Packed RIM

This exceptional collectible features a 5 Rupees sealed pack from an old RIM issue, governed by D. Subbarao, containing 1000 notes in pristine condition. Despite the title indicating 5 Rupees, the denomination listed is 10 Rupees, making this a unique variant worth investigating. The R Insert notation suggests specialized printing or security features characteristic of Reserve Bank of India currency from this era. Subbarao's tenure as RBI Governor (2009-2013) places this within a modern yet increasingly collectible period. The sealed pack format preserves authenticity and prevents deterioration, appealing to serious numismatists and currency collectors. This item represents a significant piece of Indian monetary history, combining rarity with the prestigious Subbarao signature. Ideal for those building comprehensive RBI Governor collections or seeking limited-edition currency packs with strong investment potential and historical relevance.
