A 1951 One Pice of the Government of Pakistan, an early holed bronze issue of the post-Partition series. The obverse carries the legend “ONE PICE” with a crescent and star at the top, the date 1951 split either side of the central hole, small stars in the field and the Urdu denomination below. The reverse shows the Urdu legend of the Government of Pakistan around the upper half and “GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN” in English around the lower half.
