Above are a three-leaf clover of tea leaves and four stars representing the four principles of the first constitution of Bangladesh in 1972: nationalism, secularism, socialism, and democracy, Rev: The central part features a Hishla fish (Tenualosa ilisha), a pineapple, a chicken, and a banana. It is also where the year of issue is found. The outer part features the state name, and denomination, 2.80 Gms, 19.30 mm, UNC Grade, Scarce.
