Biafra 1 Pound World Banknote 1969 ND P5a UNC Unique and Rare

The Biafra pound note is one of the few banknotes that the Bank of Biafra was able to produce in its brief secession from Nigeria. The dark brown and green note measures 140 mm by 70 mm. The obverse side highlights an image of a palm tree in front of the rising sun. The reverse side features the coat of arms of Biafra. The note has no security features.
