This uncirculated 1 Quetzal Guatemala note is a commemorative banknote issued by the Bank of Guatemala. It is a green, yellow, red, and brown note that is dated 2023, bear the signatures of Caceres and Gonzalez, and measures 156 x 67 mm. Its obverse side features Mayan number 1, quetzal bird perched on column, varifeye ColourChange gold-to-blue holographic patch, a Mayan glyph as registration device, the Guatemalan flag as registration device, president and general, Jose Maria Orellana, and Temple I in Tikal (Templo I, Tikal). Its reverse side shows the Bank of Guatemala headquarters building in Guatemala City (Edificio del Banco de Guatemala), Guatemalan flag as registration device, Mayan glyph as registration device, and Mayan number 1. Security features include a windowed security thread with an unknown watermark.
