This is a 5 Rupees coin of Republic India dated 1993, from the standard definitive series. The value side carries the large numeral 5 with “रुपये” above and “RUPEES” below, flanked by the floral sprays of the type, with the date at the foot of the coin. The reverse shows the Lion Capital of Ashoka with “सत्यमेव जयते” beneath, and “भारत” and “INDIA” along the rim.
